  • Strictly Isolated Access: Only the specific user who creates and saves the data has the technical ability to view, access, edit, or delete it.
  • Zero External Access: No other user, third-party entity, or unauthorized person can access your client records, schedules, or personal data. Your business data is yours alone.

5. Data Backups & Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a highly secure environment and use top-tier infrastructure to protect your information, no digital system, server, or internet transmission is 100% immune to unexpected errors, technical failures, or sophisticated malicious hacking attempts.

We kindly and strongly request that you maintain your own separate, manual backups of all important client data and schedules entered into the App.

Because unforeseen technical circumstances or security breaches can occur despite our best efforts, we politely inform you that Agenzo cannot accept legal responsibility or liability for any accidental loss, corruption, or unauthorized breach of your data. We do everything within our power to keep your information safe and secure, but we rely on you to practice good data backup habits for your own peace of mind.

6. Service Disclaimer (Leads & Business Outcomes)

Agenzo is designed strictly as a productivity, organizational, and scheduling tool to help you manage your workflow effectively. Please understand that using our App does not guarantee the generation, success, or conversion of business leads. Any business outcomes, sales, or lead conversions depend entirely on your own independent efforts, strategies, and market conditions.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest. Additionally, we use third-party services like Google Play Services and Google Firebase to facilitate our App.

Once you have used these links to leave the App, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party providers we utilize.

8. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Because of our strict Firebase security rules, you have full control to edit or delete your data directly within the Agenzo App.

If you wish to completely terminate your account and remove all associated data from our servers, you may do so within the App's settings or by contacting our support team.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
